2. Service Scope

  • We sell and ship only within India.

  • Products are available for direct customers, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors.

  • Orders can be placed via our website, WhatsApp, or verified resellers.

3. Product Information

  • We offer both prescription-based and over-the-counter (OTC) homeopathic medicines.

  • Customers are advised to consult a registered homeopath before using prescription medicines.

  • Self-medication is at the customer’s discretion and risk.

4. Order Policy

  • No order cancellations are allowed once the order is placed.

  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details while ordering. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Estimated delivery timelines:

    • Tamil Nadu: 4 business days

    • Other Indian States: 7 business days

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Refunds are strictly provided only in cases of:

    • Damaged packaging

    • Leakage or spillage

    • Incorrect product sent

  • Refund Process:

    • Contact us via call or WhatsApp at +91 96298 34119 within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Share clear photo/video evidence of the issue.

    • Upon verification, a refund or replacement will be initiated.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Change of mind

    • Delays caused by courier partners

    • Unopened but undamaged products

6. Payments

  • We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • All transactions are secured with trusted payment gateways, and we adhere to applicable data protection standards.
