Eligibility for Refund:

Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:

• Product packaging is damaged upon delivery.

• There is leakage or spillage of the product.

• You receive the wrong product.

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the product.

• Provide photo or video proof clearly showing the damage or issue.

Once verified, we will process your refund or replacement as soon as possible.

Note:

• Refunds are not applicable for reasons like change of mind, dislike of product taste/smell, or delayed delivery due to courier issues.

• Refunds will be made only to the original mode of payment, and processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
